Mavin Records CEO Don Jazzy has joined on the verification train early by becoming the first music celebrity in Nigeria to be verified on Instagram.

He announced the development today. "Instagram decided to verify guys. Make I thank them before them remove am o. In case na mistake. (I fit don jinx am sef)" wrote Don Jazzy in the caption of the screen shot picture of his profile showing his verification.

The award winning producer has 684,000 followers on his Instagram account.

Don Jazzy is an active user on social media. On July 19, 2015 the Mavin don took to Twitter and said he does not like talking on stage.
