Award-winning Nigerian Author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie missed out being awarded her 1st Grammy for her work on Beyonce’s platinum selling single Flawless.
Though Beyonce was able to bag three awards: Surround Sound Album, R&B Performance, R&B Song. Eminem won the award for best rap album; The Marshall Mathers LP2 and Sam Smith won song and Record of the year for Stay With me during the 2015 Grammy awards ceremony
Smith, who was one of the top nominees going into the night, also won for new artist, song of the year and pop vocal album. He was nominated for six Grammy Awards along with Pharrell and Beyoncé.
Beck won the Grammy for album of the year for “Morning Phase,” which also won for rock album.
