Daniele Watts from the movie 'Django Unchained' has been ordered by a court to apologize to the police officer whom she accused of racism last year.
Apparently, the actress was handcuffed after allegedly being caught having sex with her boyfriend in a car outside the CBS Studios in the San Fernando Valley in September.
Daniel pled no contest to disturbing the peace and in return the obscene conduct charge was kicked out of court.
Watts had claimed she was pin pointed because she's African-American dating a white guy and went into a outrage. She also denied to be handcuffed.
For her punishment, Watts and her BF are expected to do 40 hours of community service and write an apology letter to Sgt. Parker and two other officers.
Her racism claims head pissed off the police officer.
