According to The Sun, the Barbadian singer/actress feels jealous about Brown getting close to Rita. A source tells the site:
"There's no lost love between them, but this is another example of what Rihanna perceives to be a lack of respect by Rita. Chris and Rihanna have a long history and she hit the roof when she heard about Body On Me – especially the video."

Funny enough, Brown had infamously assaulted the Grammy award winning singer in 2009, by hitting her so forcefully that she had major bruises on her face, a split lip, and a bloody nose. However, the two of them still have a strong and complicated bond, despite their public breakup.
Brown recently admitted that he is still in love with Rihanna. During a concert, the 26-year-old R&B singer performed his rendition of Rihanna's latest hit B***h Better Have My Money. In the short video posted online, the Loyal hitmaker can be seen telling fans that the Diamonds is "my b***h for life".

During an interview with Tim Westwood, Brown was asked why he chose the song, to which he replied:
"She's my homie though. We knew each other since we were 14, 15 so with that kind of history, we are always going to be cool. I don't get jealous. I don't get mad. I got nothing but love and respect for her. I respect her as an artist. Obviously people are going to make a spectacle, like 'Oh, he's playing her music!' But who doesn't? I'm pretty sure she plays my music."
